What you will do
- Review and assess interactions across email, live chat, and phone channels.
- Evaluate player assessments against established quality benchmarks and standards.
- Provide constructive feedback to internal stakeholders and the leadership team.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned weekly and monthly audits.
- Participate in calibration sessions to align quality standards across cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Monitoring (QM).
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and Zendesk.
- Experience with Google Workspace.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.
