What you will do

• Design and optimize high-performance, scalable mobile automation frameworks for iOS and Android.
• Maintain and optimize performant CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable delivery.
• Integrate AI-powered tooling into the testing lifecycle to accelerate script generation and defect detection.
• Analyze test results and investigate root causes of failures to provide detailed reporting.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with mobile engineers and product teams to ensure features are designed for testability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an SDET or Test Automation Engineer in SaaS environments.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python or Java.
• Proven experience building scalable automation frameworks from scratch.
• Experience with cloud-based mobile testing platforms such as LambdaTest or BrowserStack.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud technologies and testing of REST services.
• Must be based in British Columbia, Canada

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile programming languages Kotlin or Swift.
• Knowledge of UX and Accessibility standards.
• Proactive use of Generative AI to optimize development and testing workflows.
