What you will do

• Partner with senior leadership to enhance site performance, efficiency, and safety culture
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives and cost control
• Lead forecasting, resource planning, and delivery of KPIs and budget targets
• Define and implement improvement projects to boost competitiveness and efficiency
• Champion change management, high-performance culture, and employee engagement
• Evaluate processes, monitor KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally on business goals

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship provided
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, production, or similar environment
• Strong track record of building and developing high-performing teams
• Experience leading change and delivering continuous improvement
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Management, or related field (preferred); equivalent experience considered
