What you will do

• Lead the commercial team to provide robust support for contract delivery and ensure overall project profitability.
• Manage application and credit control processes, focusing on the maximization of income.
• Oversee all processes related to costing, forecasting, and change control systems.
• Identify and manage project risks and oversee the complete sub-contract cycle.
• Provide expert commercial advice to project teams and handle dispute resolution.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial management, ideally within the energy sector.
• Strong expertise in cash management, cost control, and accurate financial reporting.
• Ability to manage complex sub-contract cycles and change control systems.
• Must be able to work from either the Portsmouth or Colchester office.
