What you will do
- Own portfolio of e-commerce brands on TikTok Shop, acting as main point of contact and leading strategy, performance and delivery
- Build commercially grounded TikTok Shop growth plans and translate business goals into weekly/monthly trading actions
- Own trading calendars, lead product merchandising strategy including selection, bundling, pricing and promotions
- Continuously optimise AOV, conversion rate and GMV, identifying underperforming SKUs and scaling winners
- Develop and own affiliate strategies, collaborating with creators on priorities, product focus and incentives
- Monitor performance metrics, lead client reviews with insights, forecast GMV and use data-driven decisions
Requirements
- Fluent in French with strong understanding of French e-commerce and TikTok market
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation, AOV growth, promotional mechanics, product lifecycle management and bundle creation
- Comfortable working with performance data and GMV targets
- Commercially minded, confident in decision-making
- Strong communication skills with internal teams and clients
Nice to have
- Experience with TikTok Shop, marketplaces or social commerce
- Background in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG e-commerce
