What you will do

• Own portfolio of e-commerce brands on TikTok Shop, acting as main point of contact and leading strategy, performance and delivery
• Build commercially grounded TikTok Shop growth plans and translate business goals into weekly/monthly trading actions
• Own trading calendars, lead product merchandising strategy including selection, bundling, pricing and promotions
• Continuously optimise AOV, conversion rate and GMV, identifying underperforming SKUs and scaling winners
• Develop and own affiliate strategies, collaborating with creators on priorities, product focus and incentives
• Monitor performance metrics, lead client reviews with insights, forecast GMV and use data-driven decisions

Requirements

• Fluent in French with strong understanding of French e-commerce and TikTok market
• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation, AOV growth, promotional mechanics, product lifecycle management and bundle creation
• Comfortable working with performance data and GMV targets
• Commercially minded, confident in decision-making
• Strong communication skills with internal teams and clients

Nice to have

• Experience with TikTok Shop, marketplaces or social commerce
