What you will do

• Ensure capital deployment through capex forecasting, governance, and analysis (SPCs/PIRs/Athena).
• Coordinate reporting to hirify.global Limited Board, including dividend and wind-down reserve calculations.
• Partner with GFS, Payroll, Tax, Treasury, and Group Financial Reporting for compliance and governance.
• Support financial reporting integrity across P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, capex, and depreciation.
• Conduct balance sheet reviews and present to Regional CFO.
• Drive smooth year-end close and clean audit processes, focusing on journals and intangibles.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with post-qualified progressive financial experience across roles.
• Solid technical accounting skills for research and conclusions.
• Ability to provide recommendations and influence senior leaders (finance and non-finance).
• End-to-end project management experience, organising and prioritising deadlines.
• Experience handling complex issues and communicating simply.
