What you will do

  • Own day-to-day Marketo execution for B2B campaigns: build emails, smart lists, programs, journeys, and QA end-to-end.
  • Work tickets from Jira: clarify requirements, scope work, and deliver accurate solutions on time.
  • Support campaign setup across channels like email, landing pages, and forms; troubleshoot issues like syncs and tracking.
  • Use data to identify improvements, run tests on layouts, frequency, and content for better performance.
  • Collaborate with workstream leads to optimize workflows, processes, and Marketo governance.
  • Partner with marketers, sales, and operations to translate goals into robust Marketo builds and communicate clearly.

Requirements

  • 2+ years hands-on Marketo experience executing B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Strong Marketo knowledge: programs, emails, smart lists, scoring, nurturing, QA.
  • Practical Salesforce experience with Marketo integration (objects, fields, data flows).
  • Ability to manage and deliver Jira tickets, priorities, and timelines.
  • Comfortable with data, segmentation, filters, and personalization for campaigns.
  • Solid communication to explain technical concepts and document solutions.
  • Process-minded problem solver in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Content and copywriting for emails, landing pages, or videos.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Knak.
  • Exposure to data modelling, database design, advanced segmentation, SQL.
  • Marketo Certified Expert or project management certification.
  • AI-native mindset for production, testing, or analysis.
