Sales Manager – Water & Pumping Solutions: Drive sales growth of cables for submersible and surface pumps, water treatment systems, and water supply infrastructure with an accent on acquiring new customers, opening new markets, and winning projects in water, pumping, and OEM segments. Focus on building sales pipelines from scratch, negotiating commercial terms, and providing technical support on cable applications and certifications.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland with international travel required

What you will do

  • Drive sales of cables for submersible/surface pumps, water treatment, and infrastructure
  • Acquire new customers in Poland and international markets, focusing on pump manufacturers and integrators
  • Enter new sales channels and countries, building distribution networks
  • Create and manage sales pipelines, lead generation, and forecasting
  • Handle project and investment sales like water supply and wastewater plants
  • Negotiate contracts and cooperate with technical teams on cable selection
  • Visit customers, attend trade fairs, and build long-term relationships

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience in pumps, water/wastewater infrastructure, electrotechnical products/cables, valves, or industrial distribution
  • Understanding of submersible/sewage/water pump applications, water installations, drinking water certifications, and infrastructure tenders
  • English minimum B2/C1 (daily working language)
  • Polish – nice to have
  • Hunter mindset, results-oriented, resilient, self-organized, strong communicator

Nice to have

  • OEM sales experience
  • Experience in water, pumping, OEM segments or tender-driven environments
