Technical Solutions Specialist (Mobile Networks): Develop, build, and maintain multiple core network test environments for converged mobile and fixed services with an accent on integration, testing, and alignment with live networks. What you will do

• Develop, build, and maintain multiple core network test environments.
• Engage with project teams to drive design, build, test, and delivery of new fixed and mobile services or improvements.
• Drive incident, change, problem, risk, and vulnerability management.
• Maintain alignment of test environments with the live EE network.
• Champion continuous improvement for services offered to test, design, and operations stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business communities and 3rd parties to improve service performance, quality, and customer experience.

Requirements

• Significant track record in mobile telecoms support and/or technology/networking roles.
• Strong knowledge of mobile network protocols including SIP, Diameter, SS7, Radius, and AAA.
• Significant experience with vendors like Ericsson and Nokia; CSCF, MTAS, IPWorks ENUM, SBG, BGF desirable.
• Excellent understanding of IP routing protocols.
• Experience with OpenStack, Kubernetes, VMWare, and other cloud technologies.
• Skills in technology design, product/service knowledge, and agile practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with OSS tools and systems.
• Experience using tracing tools like Wireshark, NetScout.
• Network Function Virtualisation, VMWare stack.
• Coding and automation for CI/CD pipelines.
