What you will do

• Review and optimize existing systems to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Support the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions and technical best practices.
• Manage and resolve complex technical incidents and problems, collaborating with third parties.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all systems and services.
• Oversee the lifecycle of core infrastructure, including servers, storage, and virtualization platforms.
• Ensure all systems adhere to security and organizational standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Senior Infrastructure Engineer or similar role.
• Strong expertise in VMware, Hyper-V, or Azure virtualization platforms.
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and RDS.
• Experience with storage and backup solutions such as SAN/NAS, Veeam, Commvault, or Zerto.
• Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Cisco, Meraki).
• Hands-on experience with server hardware (HP/Dell, VxRail) and PowerShell scripting.
