What you will do

• Drive theater-wide activation and scaling of product GTM initiatives in coordination with Sales and Solution Engineering.
• Act as the "Voice of the Field" to provide feedback on product gaps and influence the product roadmap.
• Proactively identify market whitespaces and expansion opportunities using pipeline and revenue data.
• Provide "white-glove" orchestration and support for high-value deals to reduce internal seller drag.
• Lead cross-functional "Growth Squads" including Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Engineering.
• Design and implement dashboards to track book business and key KPIs for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in tech go-to-market, encompassing both sales and operations.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying databases directly.
• Proven track record of driving key KPIs from top of funnel to consumption.
• Experience applying Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies and leveraging data analytics for business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related analytical field.
