What you will do

• Engage directly with customers to analyze user workflows and identify product gaps in data-heavy environments.
• Define critical problems and translate customer insights into clear proposals for product direction.
• Collaborate with engineering and design leadership to shape technical solutions and evaluate tradeoffs.
• Bridge the gap between CEO-led strategy and engineering execution by providing essential context to teams.
• Simplify complex ideas to bring clarity to ambiguous problems, enabling teams to move and decide quickly.

Requirements

• Strong technical foundation, such as previous experience in engineering.
• Hands-on experience working with data tools, including querying and modeling.
• Proven product judgment and the ability to translate user needs into precise problem definitions.
• Capability to operate with high judgment and autonomy within ambiguous environments.
• Clear communication skills, specifically in simplifying complex technical concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience building or managing data-heavy or highly technical products.
• Track record of leading complex projects or initiatives from conception to completion.
• Experience operating with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
