What you will do
- Build and manage paid campaigns for clients with $1k-$10k+/mo ad spend across Google Ads, Meta, Bing, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and execute growth strategies tied to measurable KPIs.
- Monitor performance, analyze data, and create client-facing reports and presentations.
- Conduct keyword research, A/B ad copy testing, competitor analysis, audience testing, and bid strategy optimization.
- Collaborate with ad specialists on creative strategies and tactics to drive results.
Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Performance Max), including bidding strategies like Maximize Conversions, Target CPA, Target ROAS.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts at a digital marketing or paid search agency, ideally in home services, B2C, or lead gen.
- Proven Meta Ads experience and ability to recommend platform mixes.
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, match types, negative keywords in Google Ads.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager for conversion tracking.
- Proficient English (reading, writing, speaking) for professional communication.
Nice to have
- Microsoft/Bing Ads and LinkedIn Ads experience.
- Looker Studio for dashboards and reports.
- Conversion tracking via HubSpot or similar CRMs.
- Home services or local services clients.
