What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and foster long-term relationships with a portfolio of affiliates
• Work with Affiliate Business Development Manager to acquire and hand off high-quality affiliates
• Collaborate with Sr. Affiliate Growth Manager and Director to align strategies with company goals
• Forecast and track affiliate account growth
• Assist with challenging affiliate requests or issue escalations
• Identify new opportunities to grow affiliate business through consistent communication

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Marketing highly preferred
• Experience utilizing customer management software; Salesforce preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• 2-5 years in affiliate marketing
