TL;DR

Senior Pricing Manager (SaaS): Own global pricing strategy across subscription and add-on offerings including payments and payroll with an accent on revenue growth, customer adoption, and monetization optimization. Focus on developing pricing models, leading cross-functional experiments, and delivering data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Location: Remote within Canada (must live in and be legally authorized to work in Canada; no sponsorship, relocation, or visa transfer offered). Anticipate working from Halifax, Calgary, Vancouver, Ottawa, Kitchener, Waterloo, Hamilton, or Truro.

Salary: CA$127,200 - CA$159,000 per year

What you will do

  • Develop and own global pricing strategy by analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and product data to drive revenue and adoption.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of pricing initiatives, coordinating rollouts and adjustments across Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Finance.
  • Build and maintain pricing models, perform sensitivity analyses, and provide data-backed recommendations for new products and packaging.
  • Collaborate with Product and Finance on roadmap pricing implications and with Marketing on positioning and communications.
  • Design and run pricing experiments, A/B tests, and pilots across cohorts and regions to optimize willingness-to-pay and LTV.
  • Track pricing impact via dashboards, report to senior leadership, and maintain competitive intelligence in SMB software and financial services.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Pricing, Strategy, Product, Finance, or analytical role in SaaS
  • Experience developing and managing pricing models with strong financial acumen
  • Deep knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARPU, LTV, churn, CAC, elasticity)
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration, influence without authority, and executive communication
  • Experience with pricing experimentation and tools
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (Looker a plus)
  • High agency, bias for action, and strong follow-through
