Location: Remote from Canada (Halifax, Calgary, Vancouver, Ottawa, Kitchener, Waterloo, Hamilton, Truro). Must be legally authorized to work in Canada; no sponsorship, relocation assistance, or visa transfer offered.

Salary: CA$127,200 - CA$158,000 per year

What you will do

  • Develop deep understanding of payments landscape, competitors, and small business needs; champion insights across the business.
  • Conduct customer research for Payments ICPs and translate into positioning, messaging, and roadmap recommendations.
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market for feature launches, pricing changes, from strategy to execution and results analysis.
  • Partner with product and expansion teams to design experiments and programs driving payments adoption and volume growth.
  • Create messaging, content, and enablement to communicate compelling stories about financial products.
  • Define KPIs, reporting frameworks, and keep stakeholders informed on progress.

Requirements

  • 7+ years product marketing in B2B software, preference for SMB/professional services.
  • Proven track record leading launches with measurable adoption and usage growth.
  • Strong positioning/messaging skills for complex financial products.
  • Customer empathy, research experience translating to action.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and influence skills.
  • Metrics-driven approach with KPIs for adoption/usage.

Nice to have

  • Fintech or payments experience (strong preference).
  • Bias for action in fast-paced distributed environment.
