Salary: CA$127,200 - CA$158,000 per year

What you will do
- Develop deep understanding of payments landscape, competitors, and small business needs; champion insights across the business.
- Conduct customer research for Payments ICPs and translate into positioning, messaging, and roadmap recommendations.
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market for feature launches, pricing changes, from strategy to execution and results analysis.
- Partner with product and expansion teams to design experiments and programs driving payments adoption and volume growth.
- Create messaging, content, and enablement to communicate compelling stories about financial products.
- Define KPIs, reporting frameworks, and keep stakeholders informed on progress.
Requirements
- 7+ years product marketing in B2B software, preference for SMB/professional services.
- Proven track record leading launches with measurable adoption and usage growth.
- Strong positioning/messaging skills for complex financial products.
- Customer empathy, research experience translating to action.
- Cross-functional collaboration and influence skills.
- Metrics-driven approach with KPIs for adoption/usage.
Nice to have
- Fintech or payments experience (strong preference).
- Bias for action in fast-paced distributed environment.
