What you will do

• Analyze large, complex data sets to solve non-routine business problems using advanced analytical methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and perform comprehensive end-to-end data analyses.
• Present key metrics, findings, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop business cases and assess the operational impact of organizational initiatives.
• Create automated tools, including scripts and visualizations, for continuous business monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, analytics, computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis focusing on KPIs, modeling, and visualizations.
• Proficiency in SQL, spreadsheets, and data visualization technologies.
• Experience building and optimizing dashboards and troubleshooting backend data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools, specifically BigQuery and Looker.
• Must be based in the US; not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
