TL;DR

Data Analyst (Looker/GCP): Analyzing and defining requirements to manage end-to-end execution of data projects with an accent on Looker Enterprise and BigQuery. Focus on developing complex visualizations, documenting data processes, and upskilling clients in GCP services.

Location: Hybrid in Romania (regular quality time on site required)

What you will do

  • Analyze customer business requirements and advise on the optimal implementation using Looker and BigQuery.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution process and investigate data necessary for business outcomes.
  • Document processes relating to customer data requirements concisely and thoroughly.
  • Provide training and pair-programming sessions to upskill clients in Looker and GCP services.
  • Develop internal tooling and optimize processes for the wider data analytics team.

Requirements

  • Significant professional experience in a Data Analytics role.
  • Professional experience working with Looker Enterprise.
  • Strong data processing experience with databases such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
  • Proficiency in developing reports and visualizations using Looker, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or PowerBI.
  • Ability to present structured and actionable findings to diverse audiences.
  • Must be based in Romania to support hybrid on-site collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to data modelling or data science methodologies.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Experience working in Agile teams and understanding project lifecycles.
