What you will do

• Translate user stories and business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions using Salesforce, Sales Cloud, and CPQ.
• Perform Pull Request (PR) reviews to maintain high code quality and consistency across the codebase.
• Develop comprehensive unit tests and contribute to the growth of the automated test regression suite.
• Support the deployment cycle, including documenting changes, performing validation, and resolving environment-specific issues.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, analysts, and business stakeholders to drive projects from concept to production.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including proficiency in Apex, Process/Flow Automations, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• 1+ years of experience in general software engineering using languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Foundational understanding of Sales Cloud and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) or related domains.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically Jenkins and Salesforce DX (SFDX).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security features and best practices.
• Must be based in Poland for a hybrid work arrangement in Warsaw.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I or CPQ Administrator.
• Interest or experience in Salesforce DevOps practices.
• Experience with modern AI agent frameworks, orchestration techniques, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
