What you will do

  • Own and evolve core Salesforce systems for patient onboarding, care coordination, and operations
  • Design scalable architecture using Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components
  • Build and maintain integrations with external systems via REST APIs and middleware
  • Identify root-cause issues across automation, integrations, and data flows
  • Improve data architecture, integrity, and system reliability
  • Partner with clinical, operations, and product teams to translate needs into technical solutions
  • Contribute to platform strategy, documentation, and internal support

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, declarative tools)
  • Deep experience with Salesforce Flow and modern automation
  • Strong Apex skills (triggers, classes, testing) and LWC familiarity
  • Experience building integrations (REST APIs, middleware, event-driven systems)
  • Strong data modeling, quality, and scalable system design
  • Ability to debug complex issues across code, automation, data, and integrations
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments (startup/scale-up preferred)
  • Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders and independent ownership
