What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for frontend infrastructure
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of frontend engineers
• Define and execute the frontend infrastructure roadmap aligned with company goals
• Evaluate and implement modern frontend technologies for scalability and performance
• Collaborate with product, backend, design, and other stakeholders

Requirements

• At least 3 years managing and leading engineering teams
• At least 3 years hands-on experience with React in production
• Strong experience in frontend architecture and scalable systems
• Proven cross-functional experience with engineering and product teams
• Excellent communication and ability to influence technical direction

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS companies
• Experience in startup environments
• Experience with Tailwind, shadcn, and Server-Side Rendering (SSR)
