What you will do

• Lead the Assets Core team, overseeing foundational services such as Permissions, UX navigation, Search, and AI-driven analysis.
• Partner with the Product Manager to own the team's roadmap, feature evolution, and long-term platform vision.
• Coach engineers and establish high technical standards to build a high-performing R&D engine.
• Provide architectural oversight for complex challenges in search indexing and data enrichment.
• Collaborate with the Group Architect and other Team Leaders to ensure seamless integration across the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Prioritize and manage high-volume requests from UX, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience leading engineering teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong technical background in building complex backend services and scalable APIs.
• Deep experience in architectural discussions regarding search platforms and data processing pipelines.
• Ability to drive the adoption of AI technologies, including AI-vision, autotagging, and smart clustering.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, complex, data-intensive projects.
