What you will do

• Troubleshoot and diagnose desktop computer systems and peripheral equipment problems under supervision
• Handle IT support operations including receiving, tracking, prioritizing, resolving user requests, and notifications
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade desktop systems and peripherals like printers, modems, and network cards
• Manage assets including hardware/software inventories, licensing, and systems decommissioning
• Document system problems and resolutions
• Assist with basic IT training for staff

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Serbian, written and spoken
• College or University Degree preferably in Computer Science or related field
• At least 1+ years of experience in IT
• Related experience in systems and network administration
• Knowledge of basic systems administration tools and processes
• Ability to plan, multitask, and work in a dynamic team environment with advanced communication and problem-solving skills
