TL;DR
IT M365 Engineer (Microsoft 365): Take ownership of Microsoft 365 ecosystem focusing on SharePoint Online and Power Platform with an accent on design, implementation, governance, and automation. Focus on developing scalable solutions, automating workflows, providing 2nd/3rd level support, and integrating services into the broader IT landscape.
Location: Belgrade (hybrid with work from home)

What you will do
- Own Microsoft 365 services, primarily SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Design and implement Power Platform solutions to automate processes and digitize workflows.
- Provide technical consulting, translate business needs into M365 solutions, and enforce governance standards.
- Develop automation with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API; manage Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online lifecycle.
- Ensure stable operations, deliver 2nd/3rd level support, and collaborate with IT teams for integrations.
- Contribute to M365 platform evolution and strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Several years of experience with Microsoft 365 in engineering or administration roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience in automation/scripting with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
- Knowledge of governance, compliance, and best practices in M365.
- Structured, independent, solution-oriented approach with analytical and communication skills.
- All application documents (CV, cover letter) in English only.
Nice to have
- Experience with Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online.
- M365 backup solutions or third-party integrations.
- Identity integration (Azure AD / Entra ID fundamentals, RBAC, conditional access).
