What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to scope project goals, define success metrics, and communicate insights clearly.
• Lead forensic technology delivery of machine learning and data science solutions across industries.
• Design, develop, and deploy predictive models, statistical algorithms, and custom ML pipelines.
• Present technical findings to non-technical audiences including C-suite and law firm partners.
• Build reusable quantitative components, templates, and accelerators for scalable delivery.
• Develop and deliver training on forensic automation and cognitive technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics) or related field.
• Fluency in Python with advanced packages (scikit-learn, PyTorch, statsmodels).
• Experience with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and enterprise systems (M365, Google Workspace, Slack).
• Hands-on ML model development, tuning, validation, including hyperparameter optimization and interpretability.
• Strong communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
• Client-facing consulting experience and managing teams on high-profile engagements.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years in e-discovery, forensic software (EnCase, Axiom, Cellebrite, NUIX, Relativity, Reveal).
• Fluency in R for data visualization and statistics.
• Deep expertise in ML algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, time series, NLP).
