Forward Deployed Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product workstreams for enterprise transformation programs, designing future-state PDLCs.
• Drive discovery, define Sprint Charters, and write executable specs for prototypes and MVPs.
• Design and lead PM training curricula and enablement sessions using real-world delivery work.
• Refine product-facing AI agents for idea consolidation, spec generation, and workflow automation.
• Identify expansion opportunities within client organizations during the delivery process.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, specifically in client-facing or consulting roles.
• Proven experience redesigning discovery processes, PDLC, and specification practices.
• Demonstrated ability to use Agentic AI to facilitate product management activities.
• Strong facilitation skills for driving decisions with ambiguous input from stakeholders.
• Technical fluency to discuss architectural feasibility and scope prototypes with engineers.
• Must have existing work authorization for Canada (no visa sponsorship).

Nice to have

• Background in professional services or management consulting.
• Familiarity with AI-native workflows and LLM-assisted requirements generation.
• Experience with PE portfolio companies or enterprise engineering modernization.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools.
