What you will do

• Update applicant tracking system and manage recruiting tools and platforms.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate live interviews as they happen.
• Help plan, improve, and run the internship program.
• Work alongside the team to create an incredible candidate experience from start to finish.
• Travel to campus events and conferences as needed.

Requirements

• Fluency in English required
• 0-3 years of professional recruiting experience or relevant recruiting/HR internship preferred
• Able to communicate clearly with colleagues, candidates, and external partners
• Self-starter who stays organized and handles competing priorities
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong administrative skills
• Approachable team player with a no-job-too-small attitude
• Willing to travel to campus events and conferences as needed
