What you will do

• Define and execute the broader community strategy for developers, users, and customers.
• Lead the evolution of developer engagement models and intentional technical experiences.
• Oversee the Communities Hub to ensure it remains intuitive and valuable.
• Integrate user groups, events, and meetups into a cohesive community experience.
• Manage a high-impact team and operate as a player-coach to ensure quality execution.
• Translate community feedback into actionable insights for product and marketing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in community marketing, digital engagement, or platform strategy.
• Experience with open-source community platforms and scaling digital communities.
• Must be based in the United States (Eastern Time Zone).
• Proven ability to lead and coach small teams in matrixed environments.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
