What you will do

• Take full ownership of finance across multi-entity structure (US Inc., Israeli Ltd., German GmbH)
• Build and scale the in-house finance team
• Partner with CEO on strategic planning, decision-making, and growth
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and board materials
• Support fundraising and investor relations
• Establish scalable processes, systems, and financial infrastructure
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales on financial topics

Requirements

• 6+ years in senior finance role (VP Finance / CFO level)
• Experience in startup or scale-up, scaling through growth
• Strong background in B2B SaaS metrics and business model
• Experience owning finance in a US-based company (US Inc.)
• Proven managing finance across multiple entities / geographies
• Track record building or scaling finance function or team
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
• Based in Tel Aviv (in-office)
