What you will do

• Develop financial budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking for corporate units.
• Maintain and improve financial and operational models, performing ad hoc analysis on income and resource allocation.
• Deliver insights on business metrics, highlighting key variances and trends for management.
• Act as an analytical arm for department heads to build business cases that shape key strategies.
• Identify and analyze opportunities to drive business improvements and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.Sc. in Economics, Statistics, or Business.
• 1-3+ years of FP&A or other relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ability to translate quantitative measurements into operational understanding.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing deliverables.

Nice to have

• MBA or MA degree.
• High proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Tableau, Salesforce, and Google Sheets.
• Proven experience building complex, data-driven financial models using multiple data sources.
• Experience creating automated workflows for Finance/FP&A processes.
• Deep understanding of SaaS and relevant industry metrics.
