What you will do

• Execute end-to-end monthly payroll for 140+ employees using Hashavim.
• Manage all interactions with Israeli authorities (Tax Authority, Bituach Leumi) and pension funds.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, including Form 101, 161, and termination settlements.
• Process reimbursements for employees on active reserve duty and oversee the Cibus meal card system.
• Book and process invoices related to employee expenses, including car and communication costs.
• Record payroll journal entries into NetSuite and perform monthly reconciliations to analyze salary trends.

Requirements

• Bookkeeper type 3 and Certified Payroll Controller (Hashav Sachar) – Must.
• 5+ years of experience in payroll and bookkeeping within a corporate or high-tech environment – Must.
• Extensive hands-on experience with the Hashavim payroll suite – Must.
• Deep expertise in Israeli Labor Laws, income tax, and social security regulations.
• Native-level Hebrew and strong English (written and verbal) required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite for journal entries and general ledger management.
