What you will do

• Lead and manage all regional operations, establishing and growing presence in continental Europe.
• Formulate and execute strategy for business development and commercial expansion in key markets.
• Act as senior advisory lead and project manager for key client consulting engagements.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of sports and business-related projects.
• Recruit, mentor, and guide local and project-based consulting teams.
• Provide high-level consulting and analytical support to strategic clients.

Requirements

• Proven consulting or senior advisory experience at top-tier firm.
• Minimum 5 years professional experience focused on business development and project delivery in continental Europe.
• Extensive sports industry experience, preferably football specialization.
• Track record leading complex advisory projects for high-profile sports organizations.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and commercial acumen.
• Proficiency in at least one (ideally two) key market languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish).
• AI proficiency for enhancing workflows and generating insights.
