What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth through deal origination, pipeline development, and contract negotiations.
  • Define and position Data & AI consulting strategies aligned with client business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, guiding them through AI and data transformation.
  • Oversee the design and execution of complex consulting engagements to ensure quality and financial performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams across consulting and technology domains.
  • Contribute to thought leadership to strengthen hirify.global’s market positioning.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in C-level client engagement and relationship management.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex consulting engagements.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, manage margins, and own business outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends and technology-driven transformation.
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Location: Must be based in Roma, Italy
