What you will do

• Advise clients in Aviation, Energy, Retail on digital transformation, data-driven organisations, and innovation
• Lead consulting engagements on digital strategy, operating model transformation, and analytics decision-making
• Build and scale data-driven capabilities including data platforms, analytics, and digital products
• Translate business challenges into structured analytical approaches and actionable solutions
• Shape operating models, governance, and new business models enabled by technology and data
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and handle client communication and deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, engineering, computer science, data science or equivalent
• 5–10 years consulting experience in Aviation, Energy, Retail or cross-industry transformations
• Expertise in data-driven organisations, digital products, analytics, and transformation initiatives
• Proven business model innovation, strategic problem-solving bridging business, engineering, technology
• Strong consulting mindset, stakeholder management, analytical, communication, presentation skills
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to work on-site at least two days per week
