Location: Hamburg, Stuttgart, Hannover, Eschborn, Munich – willingness to work on-site at least two days per week

What you will do
- Advise clients in Aviation, Energy, Retail on digital transformation, data-driven organisations, and innovation
- Lead consulting engagements on digital strategy, operating model transformation, and analytics decision-making
- Build and scale data-driven capabilities including data platforms, analytics, and digital products
- Translate business challenges into structured analytical approaches and actionable solutions
- Shape operating models, governance, and new business models enabled by technology and data
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and handle client communication and deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, engineering, computer science, data science or equivalent
- 5–10 years consulting experience in Aviation, Energy, Retail or cross-industry transformations
- Expertise in data-driven organisations, digital products, analytics, and transformation initiatives
- Proven business model innovation, strategic problem-solving bridging business, engineering, technology
- Strong consulting mindset, stakeholder management, analytical, communication, presentation skills
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to work on-site at least two days per week
