What you will do
- Define and execute high-growth GTM strategies and refine market positioning to create high-impact differentiation.
- Scale demand generation via multi-channel campaigns, with a heavy emphasis on SEO/AEO and ABM, to drive a qualified pipeline.
- Position the company as the leading authority in advanced penetration testing while maintaining technical integrity.
- Lead and coach a high-performing marketing team, establishing scalable structures, tools, and workflows.
- Partner with Sales and R&D to launch new solutions and ensure tight feedback loops between market response and service evolution.
- Manage the marketing budget and establish clear metrics to track ROI and campaign impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience with meaningful senior leadership and revenue ownership.
- Must be based in Canada.
- Strong understanding of the cybersecurity market, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Proven track record of building strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Deep proficiency with Hubspot, SEO/AEO, and paid media platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Bing, Facebook, Reddit).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
