What you will do

• Lead the strategy and creation of AI-enabled marketing deliverables including social graphics, videos, animations, and landing pages.
• Develop and evolve AI production systems, prompt libraries, and QA standards to increase output consistency and scalability.
• Partner with Paid Media and Strategy teams to build modular creative systems for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Display channels.
• Evaluate and maintain a toolkit of generative AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT, Sora) to enhance production.
• Establish brand safety and ethical AI usage guardrails and licensing standards for AI-generated content.
• Mentor designers on AI best practices, prompt development, and workflow training.

Requirements

• Must be located in one of the approved US states or be able to work from the Boston office.
• 5+ years of digital design experience, preferably within a marketing agency.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Hands-on experience integrating generative AI tools into real-world creative production workflows.
• Proven ability to build repeatable systems, prompt structures, and asset libraries.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality marketing design and AI-enabled workflow innovations.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance creative strategy for Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Strong motion design and short-form storytelling capabilities (Reels, Shorts).
• Knowledge of AI automation pipeline tools and node-based workflows.
• Landing page design and development experience (HTML, CSS, WordPress).
• Experience analyzing campaign performance data to iterate on creative.
