What you will do

• Develop and maintain compelling creative for nonprofits, Democratic officials, and political challengers.
• Create print materials like direct mail pieces, brochures, and flyers with high visual impact and branding consistency.
• Collaborate with account strategists, ad specialists, and production teams to meet client needs.
• Design across print media to communicate complex messages effectively to target audiences.
• Contribute design ideas in meetings and present work to internal and client teams.
• Build design decks following client brand and style guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in direct mail visual or print design
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
• Creative, collaborative, solutions-focused, and highly detail-oriented
• Out-of-the-box thinking and bold ideas
• Flexible to adapt designs to prescribed styles and formats
• Passion for social good

Nice to have

• Background in politics, fundraising, or advocacy
• Understanding of post-production and printing processes
