What you will do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate direct mail with email, SMS, and other channels.
- Oversee design, production, and vendor management for cost-effective campaign execution.
- Segment donor lists by history, capacity, and demographics to optimize targeting.
- Analyze performance metrics like response rates, conversions, and ROI to refine strategies.
- Develop fundraising strategies ensuring positive donor experience and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare reports and documentation on direct mail activities.
Requirements
- Must reside in listed US states (AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, MA, ME, MD, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NY, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA).
- Experience with agency direct mail fundraising in nonprofit, advocacy, or political sectors.
- Strong project management for multiple campaigns.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of fundraising regulations and ethical practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Proficiency in fundraising software and CRM systems (e.g., Raiser's Edge, Salesforce).
