What you will do

• Manage broadcast and P2P texting programs for 3-5 clients.
• Draft fundraising, mobilization, and persuasion texts that reflect each client's authentic voice.
• Build and QA texts, managing production workflows and content schedules.
• Analyze texting performance metrics and synthesize them into comprehensive reports.
• Implement list growth strategies across paid and organic channels.
• Coordinate with external vendors for acquisition campaigns and manage landing pages.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in texting, digital fundraising, or a related field.
• Demonstrated commitment to and knowledge of progressive politics.
• Strong copywriting skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage client projects independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with P2P and/or broadcast texting and digital fundraising is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of ActBlue, CRMs (ActionKit, NGP), or texting platforms (Switchboard, Scale to Win) is a plus.
