People Operations Coordinator

What you will do

• Manage background checks and pre-employment processes
• Own onboarding and offboarding administration using HiBob and ADP
• Support payroll processing and serve as backup for payroll and benefits
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and new hire onboarding experience
• Maintain accurate personnel files and process employee changes
• Partner with HR, TA, and Finance for smooth employee lifecycle operations

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in HR, payroll, or people operations
• Experience with ADP required (HiBob and ATS a plus)
• Extremely detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Proactive and reliable, comfortable owning processes end-to-end

Nice to have

• Experience with Canadian payroll and employment laws
