What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy LLM applications with context optimization.
• Architect multi-step/multi-agent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines including embeddings, vector databases, and rerankers.
• Leverage AI code generation tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) for full applications, testing, and integration.
• Lead LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA) and advanced prompt engineering.
• Own full-stack development from frontend to backend, exposing Python AI via Java services.
• Collaborate with US-based team, product managers, QA (partial US hours required).

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering (advanced degree plus).
• 5+ years software development, 2+ years AI/ML with LLMs.
• Strong Python proficiency (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with LLM APIs (Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Ollama) and efficiency techniques.
• 1+ year deep experience with LangChain/LangGraph for agentic workflows, tools, memory.
• RAG architectures, vector DBs, embeddings, reranking.
• AI coding tools for development, refactoring, vibe coding.
