What you will do
- Lead digital media planning oversight for global clients, ensuring strategic alignment and activation feasibility.
- Act as the primary bridge between central planning teams and local markets to maintain consistent digital frameworks.
- Oversee digital activation delivery, including campaign structure, timelines, and quality governance.
- Serve as a senior digital advisor to stakeholders, articulating trade-offs and performance opportunities.
- Manage commercial and operational aspects, including PO management, finance processes, and staffing justifications.
- Provide senior leadership to cross-functional teams, fostering capability development and clear decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a digital planning and activation leadership role.
- Strong understanding of digital media planning and biddable activation channels.
- Experience managing complex, multi-market digital scopes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong commercial and operational leadership capability.
- Must be able to work from the London office approximately four days a week.
Nice to have
- Experience working with global entertainment, gaming, or technology clients.
- Familiarity with hub-and-spoke or global/regional delivery models.
- Experience operating within platform-heavy and performance-led digital environments.
