What you will do

• Ensure success for wrestling software partnerships with state associations and coaches’ associations.
• Administer season management setup including weight management and seed system creation.
• Execute postseason advancement and coordinate prompt payments for weight management and postseason invoices.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for partners, assisting with tasks like weight management and troubleshooting.
• Resolve software support ticket escalations and liaise with the customer success team.
• Oversee customer product documentation and knowledge base for wrestling software.
