What you will do

• Perform data analysis including specification, profiling, measurements, and improvements
• Create and maintain data visualizations, defining architecture, implementation, training, support, monitoring, and tuning
• Present data in compelling, actionable stories
• Lead and facilitate workshops for stakeholders
• Develop performance management frameworks, define KPIs, and ensure measurability
• Collaborate with agile delivery teams and produce regular performance reports and dashboards

Requirements

• Experience presenting analysis and visualizations to communicate complex messages
• Providing tactical and strategic recommendations using innovative problem-solving
• Programming skills in SQL for data and analytics
• Designing and building complex reports/dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or SAS
• Experience with Kibana, Grafana, Splunk, Google Analytics
• Strong influencing, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Deep understanding of technical concepts in the wider landscape
• Experience in agile development teams
