What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end analysis projects from requirement scoping to stakeholder presentation.
• Create clear data visualisations to identify trends and answer business questions.
• Translate complex technical findings into actionable recommendations for non-data colleagues.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and navigate conflicting needs to find balanced solutions.
• Mentor and train junior analysts in various analytics techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental technical teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• Degree in a STEM subject or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience with Python, R, or SQL.
• Strong background in statistical theory, quantitative analytics, and predictive modelling.
• Experience delivering analytics projects within corporate or public sector environments.
• Proven ability to create effective visualisations for senior audiences.
• Must be based in the UK (London or Salford).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of linear and on-demand TV, news media, and the digital publishing landscape.
• Experience with Tableau, Shiny R, or Python Dash.
