What you will do

• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to associates on daily processes and escalated items.
• Coordinate procedure updates and implement process improvements within the department.
• Establish and track performance measures and provide input for employee performance reviews.
• Manage recurring audits, reporting, and monthly or quarterly projects.
• Assist teams with daily processing, quality control, and escalated service calls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• FINRA Fingerprinting required.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in coaching peers and handling escalated matters.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Ability to work overnight hours.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
