What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end execution of the Public Investing product roadmap, specifically expanding Active ETFs and Customized SMA solutions.
• Drive large-scale business transformation to modernize the PI platform using AI and digital automation.
• Identify and resolve structural, regulatory, or operational bottlenecks to unblock cross-functional friction.
• Partner with Global Heads of Public Investing and Business COOs to translate high-level vision into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to ensure infrastructure is robust and compliant.
• Establish and oversee KPIs and performance governance to report progress against financial goals.

Requirements

• 10-12+ years of experience in Asset Management, Transformation, Operations, Management Consulting, or Corporate Strategy.
• Proven track record of executing complex business initiatives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to influence senior Partners and Managing Directors.
• Advanced ability to operate in ambiguity and navigate global organizational hurdles.
• Proficiency in distilling complex strategic concepts into executive-level presentations.
• Location: Must be based in London
