What you will do

• Act as a force multiplier for the CEO, turning priorities into real outcomes and ensuring execution across the business.
• Design and manage the executive cadence, tracking deadlines and holding teams accountable to commitments.
• Identify and implement AI workflows and operational automations to increase overall business efficiency.
• Build and maintain live dashboards and reporting systems across all departments to ensure data visibility.
• Prepare the CEO for key meetings and opportunities with structured thinking, briefs, and presentations.
• Deliver high-impact strategic projects end-to-end, including internal platform building and IP development.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Mill Hill, London (NW7).
• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, media, production, or a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proven track record of owning and delivering complex projects end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and implementing automation workflows.
• Ability to align and influence teams without relying on formal authority.
• Comfort working in high-stakes, ambiguous, and fast-moving environments.
