Salary: $29,450 — $66,250 USD per year

What you will do

  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on immigration compliance and service delivery.
  • Prepare and submit visa/work permit applications and monitor case statuses.
  • Maintain and monitor global immigration laws to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
  • Handle escalations and guide stakeholders to timely resolutions for complex cases.
  • Improve internal processes through automation and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in immigration compliance or global mobility.
  • Deep understanding of immigration procedures and compliance processes.
  • English: Fluent written and spoken proficiency required.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, asynchronous hirify.global environment.
  • Location: Open globally, but preference for candidates based in EMEA.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the technology sector or high-growth scaling companies.
  • Additional language skills beyond English.
  • Experience working asynchronously with minimal oversight.
