What you will do

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping across entities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and supplier onboarding.
• Lead month-end processes, preparing accruals, fixed assets, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Handle UK payroll inputs and collaborate with global providers.
• Manage tax compliance, including VAT returns and indirect tax reconciliations via Stripe and Xero.
• Support monthly reporting and develop dashboards for business decision-making.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline financial workflows.

Requirements

• Strong accounting fundamentals, ideally within the SaaS or tech industry.
• ACCA qualified or currently working towards an ACCA qualification.
• Experience with month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Proficiency with Xero; experience with Stripe or similar tools is a plus.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
• Ability to work from the London office at least 4 days per week.
